What counts as one standard request?
- One focused research shortlist: up to five relevant options with sources.
- One draft up to 500 words: a bio, email, pitch or short announcement.
- One comparison of up to five options, using your criteria.
One clear outcome, one minor revision, and up to ten minutes of DD review. Multi-part projects, video production, website builds, applications, outreach campaigns and specialist work receive a separate quote before work starts. DD may clarify or decline a request outside the pilot scope.
After the trial, choose paid support
Your trial ends after seven days or two used requests, whichever comes first. Further task work needs an agreed paid scope. You keep your desk, saved requests and account help.
One task at a time: request a fixed-price quote for a standard task or a larger project. You see the total, scope and delivery target before deciding.
Individuals
20% of agreed profit on covered engagements, payable after you are paid, or $500 per month for an agreed retainer scope. These are alternatives for the same covered work, not combined fees.
Businesses and corporations
30% of agreed profit on covered engagements, payable only after the business receives payment, or $1,000 per month for an agreed retainer scope. For either audience, the profit definition, allowed expenses, engagement attribution, processor fees, taxes, refunds and cancellations must be set out in the written agreement before work starts.
Your desk is free to create. The pilot has no card requirement and does not automatically become a paid plan. Paid support requires your explicit choice and written service agreement. Commission is not due today on an unpaid opportunity. Retainers cover agreed services; they do not guarantee bookings, revenue or profit.
Request your paid quote from your desk. Online payment collection is not active yet; DD will confirm the full price, any recurring schedule, cancellation terms and a verified payment route before paid work. Nothing is charged simply because your trial expires. Existing agreements remain in place until both parties agree to a change; no retroactive fees.

The inbox is checked morning, afternoon and evening Eastern time. During the pilot, the target is an initial response within one business day and a scoped standard result within two business days, subject to DD acceptance and capacity. This is not an instant or emergency service.
Results are saved privately to your desk where supported or prepared for DD to deliver. Emails, applications, bookings, purchases and document sharing need the appropriate review and authorization. A researched opportunity is not a guaranteed booking or award.
