Ownership & handover
Require written ownership or transferable rights for the custom avatar, cloned voice, original knowledge base, application source, and deployment accounts. Third-party models and services remain subject to their licenses.
Production acceptance requirements
Agree eight named languages and test each for speech recognition, answer accuracy, pronunciation, and interruptions. Define approved-answer volume, video storage limits, supported websites, app delivery format, and monthly usage caps before contracting.
Require encryption in transit and at rest, role-based administration, consent for voice/avatar processing, retention and deletion controls, provider data-use terms, incident reporting, backups, and export capability. None of these server controls is implemented in this local prototype.
Proposed support: 90 days of defect correction after acceptance, severity-based response times, monitoring, and documented ongoing maintenance. The vendor must agree to these terms.
